According tothe Notice of the Committee of Shandong University of Finance and Economics on carrying out Party discipline study and education in the wholeuniversity, on the afternoon of April 18, the Party Committee of the College held kickoff meetingonParty discipline study and education at 1406, No. 1 teaching building. College Party committee team members participated in the meeting chaired by Party secretary Yang Chunli.
At the meeting, Yang Chunli led the study of the "Regulations on Discipline of the Communist Party of China" and pointed out that the study and education of Party discipline is an important measure to strengthen the discipline construction of the Party and promote the development of comprehensive and strict party governance. General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches and made important instructions on carrying out Party discipline learning and education for many times, which has provided important guidance for carrying out Party discipline learning and education.We must deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two consolidations", resolutely uphold the "two safeguards", effectively unify our thoughts and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, regard the study and education of Party discipline as an important political task, attach great importance to and carefully organize learning and education activities, and promote the deepening and implementation of Party discipline study and education.
Yang Chunli put forward the following requirements.The first thingis to strengthen the organization and leadership, strictly close the activities, so that the Party discipline learning and education grasp the depth of the solid, to ensure that the high quality of the Party discipline learning and education tasks. The secondpointis to clarify the objectives and tasks, adhere to the focus on the theme, systematically study the content of the Regulations, chapter by chapter, and article by article, and accurately grasp the connotation and practical requirements. The thirdpointis to seize the "key minority" to take the lead in learning, organize party members and cadres to learn comprehensively, enrich the forms of learning, and talk about discipline thematic party lessons. Fourthly, it is necessary to highlight key links, make good use of the learning platform carrier, learn to interpret articles and online courses in a timely manner, grasp the education and training of key groups, and hold the bottom line of integrity.
