MLCCIM 2024 aims to provide a platform for experts, scholars, and researchers in the fields of machine learning, cloud computing, and intelligent mining to exchange ideas, share research results, and explore future development prospects. Through face-to-face discussions among peers from different but related fields, new ideas, methods, and technologies will be generated and cooperation between researchers from different countries will be promoted. It will focus on but not limited to reinforcement learning theory, multi-agent deep reinforcement learning, machine learning methods, learning and adaptive control, learning/adaptation for recognition and perception, learning robots, cloud computing technology and applications, cloud application architectures, cloud optimization and automation, models and tools for intelligent computing, data mining algorithms, basics of data analysis, visual mining and data visualization, and other related topics. III. Submission Requirements
1. This conference will adopt an online submission method. Please submit your paper through the submission system: https://cms.elspub.com/Submission/stepone?conf_id=1749315321060507648&thpe=submit by selecting MLCCIM2024 for delivery.
2. Papers should be innovative and original with important academic value and application promotion value. They should not have been published in public or presented at any conference;
3. Please modify your paper according to the template when submitting your paper. The template can be downloaded from the attachment or the official website;
4. The conference will implement a strict review process to prevent academic misconduct such as plagiarism, false data, and multiple submissions.
IV. Publication of Papers
All accepted papers for this conference will be submitted to the conference proceedings. Excellent papers will have the opportunity to be recommended to SCI journals free of charge.
