Speaker Introduction: Teng Zhaomin, from Rizhao, Shandong, is a senior teacher. Winner of the first "Great Country Teacher" title, specially appointed expert for the "National Training Program", member of the 10th Rizhao Municipal Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee, and member of the Shandong Provincial Supervisory Committee for the Democratic Progressive Movement. He has been devoted to studying the culture of Lei Feng for many years, serving as the Deputy Director of the Office of Lei Feng School for Creating a New Era in China, an expert in the lecturer group of Lei Feng Culture Research Institute, and one of the first batch of ideological and political course mentors (graduate supervisors) at Qufu Normal University. He has published dozens of papers in newspapers such as People's Education, Reader, and Educational Art, and is a cover figure in national Chinese core journals such as Chinese Language Teaching Communication, Educator, and Lei Feng.
In July 2017, he was awarded the title of "Top 10 Smart Principals in National New Education"; In September 2019, he was awarded the title of "National Model Individual for Ethnic Unity and Progress" by the State Council; Received the commemorative medal for the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. Established the "Harmonious Essay Teaching Method" and won the first prize from the Ministry of Education. Introduced writing teaching experience at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing and had a conversation with famous CCTV host Sa Beining on reading and writing. In July 2021, at the invitation of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, he went to Beijing to attend the conference to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.
Report content: The lecture will deeply elaborate on the spirit of Lei Feng from four aspects: "What kind of person is Lei Feng? What is the connotation of Lei Feng spirit? How is Lei Feng spirit formed? How should college students in the new era practice Lei Feng spirit?".The spirit of Lei Feng can be summarized as "three passions and four spirits", namely the lofty ideals of loving the Party, loving the motherland, and loving socialism, and the spirit of dedication to serving the people and helping others with firm beliefs. The spirit of dedication to one's profession is to love and specialize in one's profession, the spirit of innovation is to strive for progress and self-improvement, and the entrepreneurial spirit is to work hard, be thrifty, and save.
