China Computer Design CompetitionforUniversity Student is a high-level skill competition in the field of computer design for undergraduates in China, which has a wide influence and is widely recognized in all kinds of university student skill competitions in China. In order to further stimulate the interest and potential of college students in learning computer knowledge, technology and skills, and toperform wellin preparing for the China Computer Design CompetitionforUniversity Student, the college actively hosted the on-campus selection competition, and hasselectedoutstanding works to participate in the provincial competition, which achieved excellent results.
During the on-campus audition, a total of 43 pieces of works were received from theentireuniversity,covering 14 categories such as software application and development, microclasses and teaching aids, Internet of Things application, big data application, artificial intelligence application…………………

During the on-campus audition, a total of 43 pieces of works were received from theentireuniversity,covering 14 categories such as software application and development, microclasses and teaching aids, Internet of Things application, big data application, artificial intelligence application, information visualization design, digital media static design, digital media animation and short films, digital media games and interactive design and computer music composition (general group), etc.The on-campus competition organizing committee and experts have evaluated and scored the students'works. After further refinement and optimization, a total of 24 works were recommended for provincial competitions.
In May-June 2021, in the evaluation of the provincial competition, after a fierce online defense, the digital media animation and short film category work "Ice Hippie - Ice Sports Inherited to the Present Day" by Zhang Chen, a student of 2020 Computer Science and Technology major of ourcollege, the digital media animation and short film category work "Bowling for Class" by Rao Yonglong, a student of 2019 Digital Media Technology major andhis team, and "Black Technology - Bone Conduction Headphones" in the category of Microclasses and Teaching Aids by Cai Xinying’s teamof Digital Media Technology major of grade 2019 won the first prize at the provincial level. In addition, a total of 4 teams and works were awarded the Second Prize at the provincial level, 11 teams and works were awarded the Third Prize at the provincial level, and 6 teams and works were awarded the Provincial Excellence Prize.
After the evaluation and selection of the provincial competition, a total of 8 excellent works of the college are recommended toparticipateinthe national competition, which will be held in the middle and late August in the sub-region. During the preparation period, the college professional instructors and students are actively improving and perfecting, looking forward to the studentsachievingbestresults and creating new brilliance in the national competition!
China Computer Design CompetitionforUniversity Student (referred to as "the Competition" or 4C) was launched in 2007 and started in 2008, and has been held for 14 times so far. The competition is held once a year, and the final round of the national competition is held from mid-July to late August of the same year. The target participants of the National Competition cover undergraduates of all majors in general colleges and universities in mainland China. Currently, theCompetition is one of the events on the list of the National Ranking List of Discipline Competitions in General Colleges and Universities. The goals of China Computer Design CompetitionforUniversity Student, namely: to serve the needs of students' employment, to serve the needs of professional development and to serve the needs ofcultivatinginnovative and entrepreneurial talents, to promote learning, to promote teaching and to promote creativity, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of cultivating innovative, composite and application-oriented talents.
